Ours matter more. By ‘ours’, I mean a generic ‘ours’. Of the western world, of the civilised world or whatever other racist rhetoric you use to basically intonate the White world. That ‘ours’ matters far more than the lives of the black, the brown, the yellow, the Arabs, the Africans, the Muslims, or any other racist term or generalisation that you use to denote non-white. And also let me be clear, by ‘ours’ I also include the historically marginalised voices that so happen to hold passports belonging to the White world. And by ‘White’, to be more specific, I mean fully subscribed to the ideology of Supremacy.

The very first step to any utopian world of peace starts with the acknowledgement that our lives matter more, carry more weight, are worth more and valued higher than any other. ANY other. Which ‘other’ doesn’t matter, but just any ‘other’.

It is this ‘ours matter more’ approach which justifies why German, French, American and British mouthpieces for the supremacist movement rush to defend Israel’s ‘right to defense’ even when Israel has just breached Iran’s sovereign lands through midnight bombing attacking more civilian infrastructure than military infrastructure. It is the same ‘ours matter more’ approach which meant Lebanon was fair game to be bombed, why Iraqi airspace is violated, why Syrian Golan Heights have been stolen and why brazen supremacist lunatics like Trump and Argentina’s Milei have the gusto to move their embassies to occupied Jerusalem.

And don’t fall fool to France’s falsetto cries of possibly recognising a Palestinian state. It is a fallacy and has been since the intifada in 1988. That moment led to the recognition of Palestine as a state by many countries around the world – the majority of whom come from the ‘other’ side of ‘our’ supremacy movement. The UK, France, Canada, Australia and many others have found myriad excuses to not recognise Palestine, but the US is more blunt – put simply it will veto any opportunity by anyone who puts a vote to the UN security council for Palestinian state recognition. And all of that leads to impunity. Impunity for Israel and for that matter anyone within the ‘our’ Western, White, Supremacy movement is what creates the world for the ‘other’.

And it’s high time that ‘we’, the sub category of the ‘our’, the historically marginalised but currently in consort through citizenship of the Supremacist territories, understand that ‘we’ are no longer the ‘other’, that our franchise and our will is no longer aligned with the ‘other’, because our tax Pounds, Dollars and Euros facilitate the Supremacist movement. In case you were not completely aware of what that means – it’s the Euros that you contribute to Germany’s and France’s budget that allow them to give impunity to themselves and Israel to continue the European supremacy, it’s the American tax dollar which funds the building of actual weapons of actual mass destruction used to ‘nullify legitimate combatants’ (read ‘kill Palestinian kids’) or the Great British tax pound that you contribute to the Government that trains and supplies arms to the worlds most moral ‘Army’ (read Occupation Kill Squads). That’s what we sign up to and live in bliss with.

‘We’ have become the ‘our’ of the Supremacy movement and the ‘other’ simply doesn’t matter. And now, we have additional challenges with the wonderful world of TikTok and Instagram to dull our minds further into complicity. Despite being mediums where news is shared and awareness is raised, we are still seeing images of dead bodies and bombing punctuated with cute cats, sunny vacations and highly targeted advertising to keep us entertained and consumed just enough to stay in ‘our’ comfortable world – night skin routine done, whitening mouth guard in, lavender pillow mist sprayed, and head down to sleep into mindless complicity. We are better and stronger than this.
